The Mental Game and a Winning Mindset

This additional module will cover the most important part of performance that is frequently overlooked: the driver and their mindset.  It doesn't matter how good your racecar is, if the driver isn't in the right mindset, they will not be able to perform to their maximum potential.  We'll go over subjects like mental toughness, confidence, vision, maximizing driver attention, and show the importance of developing a Winner's Mindset.
